The personal data voluntarily provided by visitors to the site will be used only for the purposes of:

– replying to requests for information and/or consultation;

– forwarding free information and news items;

– forwarding news of events concerning the law firm’s activities;

– possibly sending questionnaires related to the above.

The firm will not communicate data to third parties unless required for the purposes above. The data controller is the law firm. Information may be requested from amministrazione@stanchilaw.it  to the attention of Andrea Stanchi, who is responsible for data processing and relations with the public. The interested party may send any request concerning the exercise of his/her legal rights under the GDPR and data Protection Code to the same address.

Data are held only for these purposes and for a maximum of 3 months after receipt of each query or request for news or information.

Each engagement for the provision of legal services will be managed in accordance with normal criteria and channels.
